3. Returns
3.1 Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receiving the container if the product is unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit. Refunds will not include any original shipping charges.
3.2 Warranty Returns
For warranty claims, customers may submit a claim within 90 days from the date of receiving the item.
