At ContainerBids.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, you are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days from the date you receive the goods, or the date a third party (appointed by you) takes possession of the goods.

1. Cancellation Rights:

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period is 30 days from the date you received the goods, or from the date a third party, not the carrier, takes possession of the product.

To exercise your cancellation rights, you must inform us of your decision by providing a clear statement.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used to place the order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

2. Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The goods must have been purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The goods must be in their original packaging.
  • The items must be unused and in resellable condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Products that, by their nature, are unsuitable for return, such as items that deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiration date.
  • Items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, and were unsealed after delivery.
  • Products that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above conditions at our discretion.

We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipment. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the returned goods or proof of delivery.

5. Gifts:

If the items were marked as a gift during the purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned goods, we will issue a gift certificate for the same amount.

If the items were not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
